If you plan to use insurance, please let me know your provider. (My insurance manager works only with private insurance, not public.)

If you choose to not use insurance, the cost is 125.00 per session.

My style is both supportive and direct—I won’t just listen, but actively help you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
